• "This is simply one of the greatest furniture businesses which I recommend with a solid 5 stars. I purchased the Old West Rustic Bed set in March 2020 after several months of researching artisanal furniture online (mostly broad sites such as **** and not small business providers). I had to trust the company as the price was excellent given the product description and pricing, not to mention free shipping to Florida. I emailed and Juan replied within an hour to better explain the product and shipping features. The order took 5 days to ship and then arrived at my Florida home via UPS Freight. It was strapped across two pallets and loaded down with cables and protective materials. I had never seen furniture packed so securely and got to work unpacking it all. I can truly say the Old West Rustic Bed is eye dropping amazing in its quality and craftsmanship. This is certainly furniture that will make your jaw drop and the typical response I get is "Where on earth did you find that?". San Carlos imports even followed up to ensure I was pleased with the order. I am most glad to recommend them and have been looking around the rest of my house in order continue the bedroom set style by making another purchase."

• "After waiting almost 6 months for a bed from another company (not a Mexican import firm) that only came with repeated Backordered until3 weeks from this date only to be replaced with another 3-week date each time, I called San Carlos about a bed I had seen on their site. It was in stock, and ****** was so helpful as I ordered it. (The other company was not so nice when I cancelled the mythical unicorn bed). It arrived in two weeks in great shape and now I have actually slept in a bed, instead of on the floor, for three nights in a row! I could not be happier with the service or the product This bed is much more solid and sturdy than the elusive bed Id originally ordered from the other furniture company."
